Real counts from the live site since launch in March 2026. Every number here is a recorded count, not an estimate, and it refreshes on its own every minute.
Every day since the first lookup, in New York time. Hover any point for its number.
Full reports are the main report page; tool searches are the standalone tools (block & lot, property tax, flood and more), live since . Visits were counted from on; earlier months show an estimate of one visit per lookup, marked ~.
Public records, loaded and indexed so a report reads them in seconds.
Searches run on each standalone tool, all time.
